I can help you come back into balance. I studied over 700 hours at the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage in Maui, Hawaii, and am a California Certified Massage Therapist & Reiki Master trained in a wide variety of techniques including:
Lomi Lomi- Hawaiian style massage, characterized by flowing strokes and a prayer-like focus on the person existing in their healthiest state.
Zen Shiatsu & Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage- Oriental medicine-based, moves chi (energy) utilizing the 5 element meridian system of energy flow in the body. Emotional and physical pain are both symptoms of energy “stuck” somewhere in the body; by restoring flow, tonifying and balancing the meridians, both can be relieved. The Gua Sha is an instrument that helps clear out the congestion of toxic pain chemicals and inflammation resulting in dramatically reduced pain as well.
Orthopedic Massage, Joint Capsule Release, Sports Massage and Neuro-Muscular Technique- Uses trigger-points & tense/relax stretching techniques, targeting specific areas of concern to readjust the connective tissue and muscles, specific work for injuries, strains, flexibility issues, scoliosis, and frozen joints.
Pregnancy massage, Swedish, and Deep Tissue are also included in my repertoire, pressure tailored to your needs.
I also make use of Vibranz Zero Point Healing Lasers, a Buffer and Table Warmer as needed.
