OUTLINE FOR THE COURSE:

Lali/Justine leads Makka-ho, a Japanese Yoga form for opening the body and tuning one’s personal Rainbow to the most postive vibrational Colors, Sounds and Emotional energetic Polarity Affirmations

Lecture, covering style, technique and how to trace the cause.

Basic neck / stretching routine, whiplash routine, increase ROM quickly, pre and post cervical surgery therapy and relocation of ribs and biceps tendon.

Some lecture, basic shoulder / upper back routine, shoulder injuries repair, avoid rotator cuff surgery, repairing post rotator cuff surgery, incorporating stretching and review.

Opening techniques for treating adhesive joint capsule tissue applicable  for frozen shoulders/hips.

Tendon lengthening for rebalancing knees, stirrups and hamstrings after injury

Over 90% of this workshop will be hands on.
